Ross
McElwee (Consulting Producer) is one of America’s most acclaimed
documentary filmmakers. A native of North Carolina, he has returned to
the state repeatedly throughout his adult life, creating a series of
witty autobiographical films about his and his family’s life in the
South; these include Back Yard, Charleen, Sherman’s
March, Time Indefinite, Six O’Clock News and Bright
Leaves. McElwee teaches filmmaking as part of Harvard University’s
Faculty of Arts and Sciences.
